I am using the app / program for many years to understand and relate American to Global / European measurement formats.

Really useful app!!!

Ive cut down from 3 to only this. Its the best, easiest, most conversions (even all the ones I want in Japan). I wish it were prettier. I like the spinning wheels some programs have. But this is the best so Ive deleted the others.

I have been buying converter apps since day one with my iPhone. Throw the rest of them away. This is BY FAR, the best converter app of them all. In fact, I think this developer has written the most polished app I have seen, period. Does everything or does minimal - your choice. The interface is the best. I cant say enough about this simple to use but most powerful of all converter apps. R, Carian

Wow! Tremendously useful working tool. Extremely diverse measurement conversion functionality for a wide range of business or personal metric types.

Update: The app author responded quickly to the problem shown below when I used the in-app "Contact Us". The simple solution was to delete the app and download it again. Works great again now, even with iOS 7.0.3. I really like the app and have used it frequently for various conversions; however, since upgrading my iPhone 5 to iOS 7.0.2, the app crashes on launch. It still works okay on my iPad 2 also running 7.0.2. Ill update the star rating if the bug gets fixed.

After the latest update, its unable to download exchange rate update

While living in the US this has helped me tremendously wrapping my metric brain around ounces, miles and gallons.

I have been using Measures for many months. I love it. Its great! For anyone who travels, the basics of money and exchange rates , temperature, measures in and out of metric conversions are easy. And any student of science will find Measures fun and useful. Measures is my go to for conversions.

I really love this program and use it all the time. These days were constantly bombarded with items that are in liters and we need to convert them to gallons or vice versa. This program does that beautifully and easily.

I use this mainly to convert currencies. It gets the latest exchange rates in a moment. I like the double-tap of the results window to switch the two values. The calculator window is very useful also. High quality apps like these are what makes a smartphone so useful.
